We present the measured project price and scope for your review before anything is booked.

Reserve your install date
Reserve a date with approved financing or a 50% deposit. Financing is subject to credit approval and promotional terms.

Our Pricing The Pricing Model
Permanent architectural lighting is a custom project measured for your home.
Projects start at $1,600. Price begins with the linear footage of your roofline. Your project consultant completes an on-site assessment and provides the measured project price before anything is scheduled.

Cash
Reserve your install with a deposit, with the remainder due upon completion. The most straightforward way to get your project done.
Synchrony Financing
Available promotional periods: 6, 12, 18, 24 months. No interest if paid in full within the selected promotional period.
Financing disclosure
Deferred interest accrues from the purchase date and will be charged if the promotional balance is not paid in full by the end of that period. Subject to credit approval. Account terms and the applicable interest rate are provided by Synchrony before you accept financing.
