CHIPR LUX provides a 10-year product warranty and a one-year labor warranty. Coverage is tied to the installation address. A new owner does not need to re-register the system.
Labor

What isn't covered
- Power surges and lightning strikes
- Hail, fallen branches, ice damage, flooding, and other acts of nature
- Damage caused by a customer, third party, roofer, pressure washer, or other contractor
- Roof work or home renovations by other contractors
- Customer-initiated modifications or improper voltage
- Normal wear after the warranty period
- HOA-required removal
What voids coverage
- Unauthorized customer or third-party repairs or modifications
- Removal or reinstallation by anyone other than CHIPR LUX
- Deliberate damage
- Use of incompatible third-party bulbs, controllers, or components
Single-node service
A focused repair for a failed light.
If one LED fails under covered conditions, CHIPR LUX replaces the individual node.
Roof work and repainting
Protect coverage during exterior work.
If you are replacing your roof or repainting, CHIPR LUX can remove the system and reinstall it afterward as a paid service. Having CHIPR LUX perform that work keeps the warranty intact; removal or reinstallation by anyone else voids coverage.
