Product coverage includes manufacturing defects, water ingress, and color failure. It excludes power surges, lightning, hail, fallen branches, ice damage, flooding, other acts of nature, third-party damage, roof work by other contractors, customer modifications, improper voltage, and normal wear after the warranty period. Unauthorized repair, removal, reinstallation, or incompatible third-party components can void coverage.
The warranty is tied to the installation address, so a new owner does not need to re-register the system. If one LED fails under covered conditions, CHIPR LUX replaces the individual node.
