The system is selected and assembled for permanent outdoor roofline use in Utah.
The lights
RGBW lights provide more than 16 million colors plus a dedicated 3000K white channel. Lights are IP68-rated, connectors are IP67-rated, and the tested operating range is −40°C to 60°C.
Control
Every installation includes a control hub and access to the CHIPR LUX app for RGBW color control, more than 16 million colors, independent zones, Scenes, Lux AI, Community, and scheduling.

Warranty & support
Coverage that follows the installation address.
CHIPR LUX provides a 10-year product warranty and a one-year labor warranty. Coverage is tied to the installation address. A new owner does not need to re-register the system. If one LED fails under covered conditions, CHIPR LUX replaces the individual node.

- Customer-initiated modifications or improper voltage
- Normal wear after the warranty period
- HOA-required removal
What voids coverage
- Unauthorized customer or third-party repairs or modifications
- Removal or reinstallation by anyone other than CHIPR LUX
- Deliberate damage
- Use of incompatible third-party bulbs, controllers, or components
